Overview
Prozari is a project-management application operated by Right Pitch Nigeria Limited. This page explains how you, as a Prozari user, can request that your account and its associated data be permanently deleted, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
How to request deletion
You can delete your account yourself from within the app, or by emailing us.
Option A — In the Prozari mobile app
Open your Profile
Launch the Prozari app and tap the Profile tab (bottom-right).
Go to the Danger zone
Scroll to the Danger zone section and tap Delete account.
Confirm
Read the warning and tap Delete forever. Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately.
Option B — In the Prozari web app
Open Settings
Sign in at app.prozari.com and go to Settings → Account.
Choose Delete Account
Select Delete Account, re-authenticate when prompted, and confirm that deletion is permanent.
Option C — By email
Email us from your account address
Send a request to support@rightpitch.ng from the email address associated with your Prozari account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership of the address before processing and action the request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
When your deletion request is confirmed, we permanently erase the following personal data from our live systems:
- Your account profile — name, email address, and profile photo
- Your login credentials (your bcrypt-hashed password and any linked Google sign-in)
- Every workspace you own, together with all of its content: boards, lists, task cards, checklists, comments, file attachments, sprints, releases, labels, and activity history
- Your subscription and billing preferences for workspaces you own
- Your notifications, task assignments, mentions, and referral records
- Your membership in workspaces owned by other people (you are removed from them)
Data that is retained (and for how long)
A limited amount of data is kept after deletion, either because it belongs to other users or because Nigerian law requires us to retain it:
- Content in workspaces you do not own: tasks, comments, or files you contributed to a workspace owned by someone else remain with that workspace, because that data belongs to the workspace owner and other members. It is no longer associated with your deleted profile.
- Billing & transaction records — up to 7 years: invoices and payment references are retained as required by Nigerian financial regulations (FIRS Act), after which they are securely destroyed. Full card numbers are never stored.
- Security & audit logs — 90 days: IP addresses and access logs kept for fraud and abuse prevention are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Encrypted backups — up to 30 days: residual copies of your data may persist in routine encrypted backups and are overwritten within 30 days, after which the data is gone entirely.
Deletion timeline
If you are the sole administrator of a workspace that still has other active members, we will notify those members and allow 14 days for them to elect a new administrator before that workspace is permanently deleted.
