Re-upload a logo, deck, or PRD — Prozari keeps every previous version one click away. Roll back in a single action, or download an old draft without DM-ing the designer.
Inline lightbox previews
Click an image, PDF, or video on any card and it opens right there. Arrow keys page through; ESC closes. Works the same in CardModal and the Files gallery — no download round-trips for asset reviews.
Folders without losing card links
Group files into folders inside the gallery. A file can live in the "Q2-Launch" folder while still being attached to the launch-prep card — the folder is a view, not a destination.
Private S3 with signed GET URLs
Uploads use presigned PUT URLs; previews use short-lived signed GET URLs. The bucket itself stays private — the public internet never has direct access. Old links keep working seamlessly.
Cross-references back to the card
Every file in the gallery shows the source card title and a click takes you straight back to the work it relates to. No orphaned assets.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from Dropbox or Google Drive?
Dropbox and Drive are file-first — you store files; the work that produced them is somewhere else. Prozari is work-first — files are first-class attachments on cards, comments, and docs. Every file you see in the gallery is one click from the card it belongs to. You don’t have a "creative-assets" folder going stale; you have files that move with the work.
What file types are supported?
Anything — Prozari uses S3 for storage, not a content-aware CMS. Images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG), videos (MP4, MOV, WebM), PDFs, Office docs (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), archives, code files, plain text. Filter chips group them by category in the gallery.
How does version history work?
Drag the same file onto a card a second time and Prozari keeps both — the old version slides into a Versions list, the new one becomes head. Each version has its own download URL and timestamp. One click rolls back. Versions never get auto-deleted.
Where are files stored?
In an S3 bucket that you control (the deploy reads `S3_*` env vars). Prozari signs short-lived GET URLs at preview time so the bucket can stay private. Bring-your-own-bucket is fully supported — your files, your retention policy.
Can I download all files in a campaign?
Bulk download (selected files → "Download zip") is on the roadmap. For now, the gallery filter chips + folder grouping make it easy to find everything for a campaign manually, and the source-card cross-links make it fast to verify nothing is missing.
