ProzariCampaign Management

Every launch.
Tracked end-to-end.

Marketing campaigns, product launches, and content pushes live as first-class objects in Prozari — with goals, naira budgets, channel plans, and dashboards that roll up every contributing card.

What you get

Marketing tooling, not a generic project list.

One campaign, cards from any board

Link existing tasks — or spin up new ones — from every board in the workspace. A landing-page card can contribute to the Q2 launch AND the newsletter push at once.

Naira budgets that flag overruns

Set a budget at campaign start, log spend per line item, and watch the dashboard turn red the moment you cross it. No more hunting CFO emails for the latest number.

Channel mix as first-class metadata

Tag every campaign with the channels it touches — email, LinkedIn, X, paid, press, partnerships. Filter the campaigns view by channel; report on channel ROI without spreadsheets.

Three battle-tested templates

Product Launch (11 cards · 42d), Email Campaign (11 cards · 14d), Social Push (10 cards · 10d). Pick a template, choose the board you want cards seeded on, ship.

Status dashboard with overdue radar

Progress ring, status breakdown by Kanban column, overdue surfaced in a chip. The "how are we doing on the launch?" status meeting reduces to a glance.

Schedule social posts from the same card

A campaign card with a "+ Schedule a post" rail row publishes to Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn at the time you set. The campaign view shows posts queued and posts published.

Ships with

Three starter packs that go from zero to moving.

Frequently asked questions

How is a Campaign different from a Sprint or a Project?

A sprint is a time-boxed delivery cycle (2 weeks, 4 weeks). A project is a long-running container of work. A campaign is purpose-built for marketing & launch motion — it carries a budget in naira, a channel mix, an owner, start/end dates, and a dashboard that aggregates cards across multiple boards. You don’t move cards INTO a campaign; you LINK them, so a single landing-page task can contribute to two simultaneous launches.

Can a card belong to multiple campaigns?

Yes. From the card modal’s Hierarchy rail, click "+ Add to campaign" as many times as needed. Status updates on the card cascade to every campaign’s dashboard, so a single content fix shows progress on three campaigns at once.

Are campaign budgets in NGN?

Yes. Pricing on Prozari is naira-native and so are campaign budgets. Currency localisation for other African markets (KES, ZAR, GHS) is on the roadmap; if you need it sooner, get in touch.

What ships in the starter templates?

Product Launch ships 11 starter cards over 42 days: positioning, press kit, pricing, landing page, beta cohort, marketing site update, sales enablement, paid campaigns, post-launch retro. Email Campaign ships 11 cards over 14 days: subject A/B, segments, plain-text fallback, GDPR check, send & monitor. Social Push ships 10 cards over 10 days: hook, asset brief, scheduled posts on FB/IG/LinkedIn, replies queue, post-mortem.

Can I track post-campaign analytics?

The campaign dashboard shows progress %, status breakdown, budget usage, overdue cards, and (for social) PUBLISHED posts with their reach/impressions/engagement once polled. Reach/impressions polling for FB, IG, and LinkedIn is rolling out as part of Phase C6 T3.
